Twice a year, we team up with North Market to put on a little ditty called Market to Market, a bike ride centered around local foods. A salmon (symbolic of our famous Salmon Roast) becomes our mascot and takes to the trail alongside Rudy the Rooster from North Market in pursuit of breakfast, trailside vendors and organizations, a scoop of Jeni's Ice Cream and, of course a ton of fun.
